Foot Reflexology: is a gentle technique using the foot as a guide to the whole body, releasing tension and awakening the body, returning it to a place of balance.

Hand Reflexology: is a gentle technique using the hands as a guide to the whole body, releasing tension and returning the body to a state of balance. This is a great session for seniors and for those who are hospitalized.

Ear Candling: is a 2500 year old technique of cleaning the ear, passed down to us from the Hopi Indians. The candles used for this procedure are made of 100% unbleached cotton and hand painted with bees wax. The candle acts as a vacuum and a acupressure point simulator ,allowing you to release stress and clean your ears at the same time.

Reiki: is a Japanese healing art of channelling the Universal life force energies. This technique is non evasive and non judgmental and always goes to the highest good. This is a wonderful experience for all ages.

Mind-Body-Spirit Intuitive Sessions
Each Intuitive session is unique and is designed with you in mind. The channelling of the universal life energies allows for clarity of all senses to assist you in uncovering and resolving hidden blockages or revealing passions yet not discovered. Whatever is required to return you to a state of balance and harmony is the objective.

Each session may be longer than 1hr and will be prearranged with you.

Body Point Therapy, more than a massage it is a combination of Swedish Massage techniques and Shiatsu, Foot and Hand Massage. This works on all levels of Body, Mind and Spirit returning you to a place of balance and harmony.

Chakra Assessment & Balancing
Based on an East Indian system of assessment. This treatment works on the energy wheels of the body. Opening the channels to create a balance on all levels. Use of the chakra panel along with a full assessment included.

Energy Balancing Bodywork is a routine approach to working on the path ways within the body, releasing blockages and allowing the energy to resume along its natural paths. The use of "finger pressure" and as such only just begins to describe the work of the Energy Balancing Bodywork. In reality, various parts of the giver's body (fingers, thumbs, palms, forearms, even feet and knees) are used to apply pressure to the receiver's body. This can be targeted at general areas or specific points - often the tsubos or 'acu-points' used in acupuncture.These techniques are used in conjunction with stretches, joint rotations and joint manipulation to give an 'all-over' treatment which aims at treating the receiver on a holistic level - working with body, mind and spirit together. Contacting the receiver's Ki or internal energy is an integral part of the treatment.
